Deposit A 10% deposit is required within 7 days of your enquiry to secure the property for your stay. Balance to be paid in full one week prior to occupancy. Please make your cheque payable to “BJ’s at Gracetown” and mail to PO Box 703, Fremantle 6959. Note: deposit is non-refundable.

Key Collection Arrangements to collect the keys are made following settlement of all monies. Occupancy and Departure Guests can take possession after 2.00pm on their day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask that you vacate the premises before 10.30am.

For the comfort and safety of others SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED within the chalet, and we have to enforce a strict NO PETS rule. (Feel free to smoke outside, on the verandah).

Accommodation and Occupancy Basic cleaning utensils are provided, so it would be appreciated if the chalet is left as found and the key returned as per arrangement. A “Procedure list” of things to do before you leave is provided. Bed linen, towels and food items are not provided. Maximum accommodation is six people, usually four adults and two children. Phone provided for local calls only.

The Booking

This booking is subject to the following Booking Conditions. Confirmation of the booking is acknowledgement of a binding agreement between the Guest and the Owner of the property.
Please read carefully.

Size Of Party

The number of guests occupying the property for the holiday must not exceed the number specified on the Booking Form. If for any reason there is a change to the number of guests occupying the property or the number of beds required, BJS @ Gracetown must be informed immediately. If approval is given for an increase in the number of guests or beds, an additional charge will be payable for each extra guest or bed. Guests are not permitted to host parties or functions of any kind while staying at the holiday property.

Declaration
& Agreement

I hereby acknowledge that I am the guest named on the Booking Form and I have read and I understand the following booking conditions as evidenced by the insertion of my ticked agreement and that all information provided by me herein is true and correct. I further agree that the stated conditions will apply to this booking in accordance with BJS @ Gracetown Booking Conditions and I agree to be held responsible for any and all charges due and payable on this booking. I declare that I am over the age of 18 years.

Liability

BJS@ Gracetown uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure accuracy of information and quality of facilities, no liability is accepted for any claim as a result of problems that occur at the property, or for any loss or personal injury or illness, however caused, while guests occupy the property.

THE TENANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Any damage to the premises.

Accommodation must be left in the same condition as received or a cleaning fee will be charges.

Loss of or damage to any items in the premises including without limitation furniture, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and fittings; and any damage to the Chalet or loss of or damage to any item belonging to the Owners or the Body Corporate, caused by or contributed to by the Tenant or any of the Tenant's guests or invitees.

At no time during the occupancy by the Tenant shall more than the number of persons agreed to and paid for when booking may reside overnight at the premises.

The Tenant SHALL NOT bring animals or pets on to the premises except as provided in the Guide Dogs Act 1972.

The premises must be vacated if, after receiving a warning, any occupant of the premises breaches any of the By-Laws or fails to comply with any reasonable direction of the owner - in such circumstances no refund will be made with respect to any accommodation charges paid for any period beyond such eviction date.

Neither the Body Corporate ( Strata Plan 22185 ) nor the owner of the premises is liable for damage to or loss of property, which the Tenant, any occupant of the premises or any of their guests or invitees may bring on to or leave on the premises of the Complex.
